Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final. Water Polo Canada does not accept returns or offer refunds on any items purchased through our shop. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a return, exchange, or refund except in the limited circumstances described below.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout, including sizes, quantities, colours, and customization details. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us at shop@waterpolo.ca and we will be glad to help.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you have received the wrong item. Email us at shop@waterpolo.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

For items produced through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may choose between:

  • having a replacement item produced and shipped to you at no additional cost; or
  • receiving a full refund of the purchase price.

Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted print-on-demand items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photos clearly showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

All items sold through the Water Polo Canada shop are final sale. This includes, without limitation, apparel, equipment, custom and personalized products, sale items, promotional items, and gift cards. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct size, colour, and specifications at the time of purchase. If you are unsure about sizing or product details, contact us at shop@waterpolo.ca before placing your order.

Refunds

Except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items as outlined under "Damages and Issues," no refunds will be issued. Where a refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved a refund, please contact us at shop@waterpolo.ca.
