Every item in our store is printed and produced just for you. Here's what that means for your order — and what to check before you click buy.
What "Made to Order" Means
We partner with Printful, a global print-on-demand fulfillment service, to produce every item the moment you place your order. Nothing in our catalog sits on a shelf in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. When you check out, your order is sent directly to a Printful production facility, where your chosen design is printed, embroidered, or sublimated onto the blank product, quality-checked, packed, and shipped straight to you.
This model lets us offer a wide range of designs and styles without minimum order quantities or excess inventory waste — but it also means a few things work differently than a traditional retailer.
How Your Order Is Made
- You place your order Your selected size, color, and design are submitted directly to Printful's production system. There is no human review step before production begins, so please double-check your selections at checkout.
- Production begins (2–7 business days) Your item is pulled from blank stock and printed using DTG (direct-to-garment), embroidery, sublimation, or cut-and-sew methods depending on the product. Each piece is inspected before packing.
- Shipping (3–10 business days) Once produced, your order is handed off to the carrier and tracking is emailed to you. Delivery times vary based on your location and the fulfillment center used.
- Arrival Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–17 business days. Custom designs, large orders, and peak seasons (holidays) may extend this window.
Sizing — Please Read Before Ordering
How to Find the Size Chart
On every product page, you'll see a "Size Guide" link located directly beneath the size selector. Click or tap it to open a detailed chart showing measurements specific to that exact product. Size charts vary by item and brand — a Medium in one shirt may not match a Medium in another, so always check the chart for the specific product you're ordering.
How to Read the Size Chart
Step 1 — Measure a garment you already own. Take a similar item (e.g., a t-shirt for a t-shirt order) that fits the way you want your new piece to fit. Lay it flat on a smooth surface.
Step 2 — Take key measurements in inches or centimeters:
- Chest / Bust: Measure across the garment at the widest point under the armpits, then double it.
- Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.
- Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
- Waist / Hips: For bottoms, measure across the waistband and at the widest point of the hip area, then double each.
Step 3 — Compare to the chart. Match your measurements to the size chart on the product page. If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up — fabrics behave differently and a slightly looser fit is more forgiving than one that's too snug.
Step 4 — Check the fit description. Some products are "fitted," "regular," or "relaxed." This is listed in the product description and affects how the same numerical size will wear.
International Fulfillment & Possible Duty Charges
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. To do that, Printful operates fulfillment centers around the world and automatically routes your order to whichever location can produce and ship it fastest. In most cases, that means your order ships from the facility closest to you.
However, depending on stock availability, production capacity, and the specific product you ordered, your order may occasionally be fulfilled from an international location. While this is rare, it can result in your package crossing a border on its way to you.
If you're ordering from outside our home country and want to understand potential customs charges in advance, we recommend checking with your local customs office or postal service before placing your order.
Our Return Policy in Plain Terms
Because every order is printed just for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for the following:
- Wrong size selected at checkout
- Change of mind after ordering
- Color appearing different on your screen than in person (we calibrate carefully but monitors vary)
- Customs duties or import fees charged upon delivery
We will replace or refund your order in these cases:
- The item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect
- You receive the wrong product, size, or design from what you ordered
- The print is misaligned, faded, or otherwise not to standard
If any of the above happens, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are sent to production almost immediately. If you contact us within the first hour or two of placing your order, we can sometimes catch it before production begins — but once printing has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Why does shipping take longer than other online stores?
Traditional retailers ship from existing inventory. Because your item doesn't exist until you order it, production time is added to the standard shipping window. The upside: less waste, more design options, and an item made just for you.
How will I know if my order shipped internationally?
Your shipping confirmation email includes the origin location and carrier. If a package is shipping internationally, the tracking will reflect that.
What if my item doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, because the item was made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for fit issues. This is why we strongly encourage measuring before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up.
My package was held by customs — what should I do?
Contact your local customs office or carrier with your tracking number. Most customs holds are routine and clear once duties are paid. We are not able to release packages on your behalf or cover customs charges.
